Protect your assets in some of the world’s most challenging industries

Off Shore and Sub Sea
Caldercote provides extreme protective coatings for offshore and subsea structures, providing the most effective methods of protecting against corrosion.

Nuclear
Our high-performance anti-corrosive coating solutions are used around the globe to protect nuclear power plants and equipment from corrosion and erosion.

Petrochemicals
Our portfolio of products is designed to withstand extreme environments to protect steel and concrete components used in refineries and chemical processing facilities.

Underground
Underground pipelines transporting liquid petroleum products and natural gas are critical components of civil infrastructure, making corrosion prevention an essential part

Extreme Temperatures
While the weather conditions create exposure to corrosion, heat, UV radiation and abrasion, the unavoidable oil and chemical spillages set their own requirements to how the equipment should be protected

Food Quality
Bulk carriers are cargo ships used to transport bulk cargo items such as ore or food staples (rice, grain, etc.) and similar cargo.Container ships are cargo ships that carry their entire load

Uncompromising Standards. Guaranteed.
We work to NORSOK specifications and all projects are certified to NACE Level 3 standards

Grit Blasting
Grit blasting is the most commonly used method of preparing surfaces for metal spraying. It removes rust, mill scale and other surface contaminants and produces a suitably roughened surface by projecting a highly concentrated stream of relatively small abrasive particles at high velocity against the surface to be cleaned. It has also been shown to be effective in reducing the loss of fatigue strength.

Metal Spraying
Metal or thermal spraying is a technology, which protects and greatly extends the life of a wide variety of products in the most hostile environments and in situations where coatings are vital for longevity. The variety of metallised coatings is vast but can be broken down into two main categories. These include finishing coatings, such as anti-corrosion or decorative coatings and engineering coatings such as

Industry Standards
We develop and applies special paints and powder coatings to meet the strict guidelines and standards of the Sub sea/Offshore, Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industries. These industries feature a wide variety of production stages and equipment. Tough operating conditions and extreme safety requirements are the common denominators. We specialize in Solutions for Valves, Actuators and Gearshifts
